it was a job that paid money and benefits.
Cons
no room for advancement, its like working in a retierment home, not many happy people in the lower levels, they talk about ethics but its all BS, managment hides in there offices and doesnt interact with workers much, no real incentive to stay, worse than space x, if you have any ambition to be more stay away from LM you wont go anywhere there your better of elsewhere.
