Nothing major. Only things every company has.

The biggest con is not knowing what it takes to move up a level. What is needed to get a promotion? It seems to be different for everyone even in the same business areas. Would be better if it was clearly defined.

Environment can be extremely toxic at times all depending who you work around on a daily basis, for what you do pay is kind of low compared to other sites, upper management is super fake and doesn’t want to hear anything you have to say unless you are friends with them.

HDHP medical insurance is terrible. Diminishing benefits over the years.

Constant change and shifting priorities.
