Chaotic upper management sometimes can't get out of their own way

- Rarely get promoted - Salary is average compared to industry peers... Room for improvement. - I feel like upper management (VP and up level) do not care how overworked employees are. Rather you put your head down and get the work done versus voicing your opinion.

Low expectations, horrible upper management

Environment can be extremely toxic at times all depending who you work around on a daily basis, for what you do pay is kind of low compared to other sites, upper management is super fake and doesn’t want to hear anything you have to say unless you are friends with them.

Depending on who is your upper management if they have your back or not is the game “make or breaker” for many.

Lots of politics in upper management

Like many very large corporations, upper management is largely out of touch with what motivates employees. They also seem to make decisions primarily based on short-term benefits rather than considering the long-term impacts, which often results in what I believe are poor decisions that are bad for the company in the long-term.
