50/50 - Avionics Technician Lockheed Martin Employee Review

Management is horrible. Majority of them have no prior knowledge in the aerospace industry. They will hit you with the whip (metaphorically). They get mad if you do something incorrectly but they rush you so much. Management does NOT care about quality nor do any of them have a back bone. It’s insane. The environment is very toxic. I believe it has to do with the union. Nobody is held accountable for anything. Everyone on the manufacturing floor is so bitter. There is a lot of drama. It’s crazy cause most of them are older but cry about having to do their job. Nobody there is held accountable. Flashlights, mirrors, And ESD caps have been lost in aircraft. Nobody cares until it’s too late.
