Pros
Large company with numerous perks and benefits. Work can be interesting and challenging depending on your business area. Education reimbursement is offered and encouraged.
Cons
As with any large enterprise not all places of a company are as good to work at as others. I have seen facilities with great management and cohesive environments, on the other side of the coin though those places with bad management can be very difficult to work effectively.
