Pros
The network within Lockheed is huge as it's a global defense company so there is opportunity to move anywhere. Pay is good, Benefits are good, WFH or lifestyle is good (now doing 4/10hr days).
Cons
None really. If you want to advance you need to be aggressive to learn material and take on work but that's just big corporate. In my organization they notice hard workers and those that just want to do their job and be comfortable.
