Pros
Biggest positive about working here is that everyone seems to have a voice and are considered part of the "team". While leadership does make the decisions, input from employees on some matters is actually encouraged. Additionally, if you give something kudos for a good job, or just being there for you, they will receive "points" that can be redeemed for many things.
Cons
Only con is that it is a large company and sometime communication between different business units is slow. In other words, the don't know what they don't know; especially in regard to in-house talent or capabilities. It is getting better.
