Pros
It is a well known, large corporation, with offices all over the country. Their benefits are average but their stocks are outstanding. They do have many programs for their employees to better themselves and receive either discounts or reimbursements. Management is very open and willing to help although they are usually tied down by corporate.
Cons
You are a number within the company. The company is very large and is not in touch with their employees. When you think of corporate America, this is the best example. The managers and their managers are tied down by corporate policies and financial restraints. Over the years I have witnessed first hand, several benefits go to the wayside. Holiday parties, gym reimbursement, parking/travel reimbursement, and any kind of pension have all been taken away from the division I work for
