Pros
For a small 30+ year old conservative family-owned company, they offer solid supply chain management products and quite often win new customers from the big boys like JDA and SAP. Their existing customers, for the most part, are satisfy with their products. Developers and IT professionals are employed here in the US, NO outsourcing over sea. Logility is a stable company with large cash flow. They seem to be loyal to their long-term employees and didn't lay anyone off during the 2008 recession. Upper management have a clear vision on where to take the company.
Cons
For a software company, if you are in Buckhead headquarter, you get very little work-from-home flexibility or emergency leaves which is a big negative if you have kids...10 days vacations and no 401K match. Want more vacation days? Work for them for 8 years then you will get 15 days vaca. If you are on the list to receive bonuses, it's a very low amount. This company has a very old-school work culture.
