Mostly great company, but allows bullying - Consultant Logility Employee Review

There is a particular person here that engages in textbook bullying and harassing behaviour. It’s an open secret. Everyone knows, and nobody will do anything about it. I know of at least 5 people he has made so miserable they are thinking of leaving, myself included. This person is in leadership and impacts many people’s quality of life. the few times I’ve seen his behaviour reported, the reporter is targeted and gets in trouble. The message is loud and clear. Do not report harassment, or else.
