Pros

Flight benefits and occasional international travel

Cons

- Favoritism : better opportunities/roles are always given to Germans. They have one American manager and point to him to show they are not German centric. - Worst HR : HR team is incompetent and doesn’t seem to understand changing times. HR policies is tailored for Germans. - Management- Miami office is plagued by bad cEO since it started. All other managers are either unqualified or have that position because of their ethnicity (German ) . There was one good CEO (Tim bzman) but he was kicked out apparently. - employees : because of the low pay , the kind of talent pool they have is quite inefficient and not the best in the industry. As most of the value added work is done in Germany , company can manage with less skilled labor. There are hardly any local born employees in the team. Most of the employees are either German or an immigrant they are exploiting with low pay ( they tend to bring talent from Latin America and Asia and offer they below average pay)

Pros

Culturally rich and diverse. Many differing backgrounds from all over the world. You can form a decent bond with your coworkers, and most employed know what to do and how to do it. Management is average with an exception of one or two being great. Great vacation and PTO time versus other like companies. Climate controlled.

Cons

Lackluster management that aren't clued into the floor and what's happening, how the culture is, and how the overall vibe is. It used to be come and go as you please as long as your work was completed in a timely fashion. They started to tighten up in/out clock in times which defeated the purpose of the lower than normal wages. Management seemingly promotes their friends/buddy's, which is almost standard in any workplace not in tune to who's ACTUALLY capable. They've promoted more than a few unqualified people into positions that had a lot of us scratching our heads in confusion.
