Stay Away: High Standards for Low Pay - Server/Waiter Lupe Tortilla Employee Review

No job security, $2 an hour base pay, patrons tip low, high turnover, ridiculous and unachievable standards that change every day. The term "work smarter, not harder" is not accepted here. For example, corporate implemented a policy to not carry straws in our pockets or face a write-up. No leaving the kitchen without a tray or face a write-up. You cannot get a moderately negative review from a customer, or, of course, you'll get a write-up. All managers quit and were replaced in the few months I worked here.
