I worked at two different stores, and neither had it together. Managers didn't get along and talked about each other to employees. They definitely played favorites when it came to good shifts, sections, enforcing rules, side work, large parties,... Management was sexist and borderline abusive to their employees. I've never experienced a job quite like that.
