Pros
Company is well known among Texas and continues to grow. I had the opportunity to work for both Judson and Stan Holt. Honestly enjoyed both sides of Lupe Tortilla.
Cons
Honestly, both parts of the company had a few flaws. When it came to Judson's side of Lupe, all management tried to instill rules into their employees. Unfortunately, they only cared to make sure they were followed when management was upset. On Stan's side, there are a LOT of rules that have to be followed, some seem pointless. Although they were always enforced so there was at least consistency.
