Pros

Good growing concept Good insurance plans CEO is very considerate Good food Higher class clientele IT is quick to respond

Cons

Leadership within the stores is pretty weak Pay is low compared to other businesses in the same field Focus is "people", but some GM's (MP's) do not follow it Lots of red tape with HR Hiring new team members is a pain

Pros

High compensation compared to most restaurant’s. Lot’s of support if you know how to use it.

Cons

Hours can be demanding. You do have to live and breath Lupe.

it was ok, favoritism, have to play the part and act a bit.

Cons

A little bit weird vibes. College town so people are always trying to party and socialize, sometimes too much.
