Lupe Tortilla is a great place to work. It's family. Our culture is awesome when applied. Our team provides a fun energetic structured atmosphere. I'm been here almost 7 years and plan on retiring from Lupe Tortillas. Come join our family.

Sometimes the hours can be exhausting. But that's because we are always busy. Which is a good thing

High compensation compared to most restaurant’s. Lot’s of support if you know how to use it.

Cons

Hours can be demanding. You do have to live and breath Lupe.

it was ok, favoritism, have to play the part and act a bit.

Cons

A little bit weird vibes. College town so people are always trying to party and socialize, sometimes too much.
