Pros

There isn’t any pros, all I can say the process for hire was easy. But beware.

Cons

This company is not loyal to the people that keep them up and running. If you get bored for this company you are just a seat filler until they want to throw you away without reason. I was a full time permanent employee or so I was told until July 2021. I have been waiting on my new contract assignment to start since 7/12. Was told it would be pushed back a week and I still haven’t heard anything. The last contact ended abruptly and we were told that we would need to pick another assignment the very last minute. HR is not existent, the supervisors know just as much as you do and can’t supervise correctly, they don’t care because they get the same pay as the people they are “supposed “ to be supervising so there is really no help from them. I really liked this company the first few months of working with them and thought that I would be able to grow with them. They proved me so wrong. Now I’m stuck on no way to reach anyone in HR to apply for unemployment and I can’t even get a call back or email from them to tell me what’s going on. DO NOT TRUST MCI!

You are master over your experience wherever you are. This job is proof of that. I've been employed over 5 years and my experience at MCI has exceeded every other job I've ever held in every way possible. Support from management, growth opportunities and accountability are in place to help you reach every goal you have set for your life within the realm of this industry and beyond.

Cons

If you're not open to change and flexibility this company is not for you.

Pros

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process. Thanks to MCI's comprehensive training, I feel well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team from day one.
