      Pros

      Co Workers were great, fun, and made the day better

      Cons

      They lie to you from the moment you apply to the time you quit. See the Job Postings on here, they are not real. Pay is HORRIBLE. PS they will lie to you about the pay as well. They will Lie to you about what program you are going to work on. I was Told I was GE, then GE with a little Charter, then GE with a little TPV, I am was all TPV most of the time. They mess with your COMP and make you look stupid

      Pros

      There are no Pros about Mass Markets. Horrible work place, they do not care about employees, they lie about promotions and open positions.

      Cons

      When your boss has to beg you and offer to add money to an incentive card to write positive reviews I think that pretty much speaks for itself. No solid leadership and they treat their employees horrible and that includes managment team.

      By Far The Worst Company I Have Encountered

      Pros

      There are no Pros. If this company has phenomenal reviews it’s because maybe they’re all from people who work inside the building, but if you work from home it’s like they have you on a chain where you can’t move and do nothing. I’m talking so strict and you have to have webcam on at all times. Why do I need someone staring at me my whole shift that’s so uncomfortable.

      Cons

      No PTO until after 6 months. No Holiday until after 6 months and they monitor how long you spend with the customer on the phone you can’t be in after call work for more than 10 seconds or you are reprimanded and coached. Also don’t have an illness because if you have a headache or have to go vomit you have to clock out.They literally have you walking on eggshells. Low Pay No Family Work Life Balance until after your 6 months
