Pros
Coworkers are great. Trainer is great. Hours are ok. Currently you're able to move up pretty fast
Cons
The projects pay $13 and under regardless of experience or similar jobs in the area starting at higher pay. Even though you submit your direct deposit information, you still get a paper check for your first paycheck. Their bathrooms are disgusting and barely work, they don't like you using the front bathroom. The building is dirty, there's still stuff in the lockers from the previous company that was here over a year ago. They only reimburse you up to $15 for an uber or lyft if you need to take one for inclement weather. They have roaches in their fridges meant for employee lunches, they also have bed bugs. You have to pay for coffee and tea unless you bring your own from home. The work they have you doing does not match the pay. Outdated computers.
