Pros

Low-energy position, pay is decent enough

Cons

Frustrations, frustrations, frustrations, team leads shuffled in and out, no consistency, no contact with HR or ability to view your own stats/hours/PTO availability, you spend every day licking the customers' boots constantly without any support, and are told to put on a plastic smile and "get those stats up" Drove me nuts, finally left, and couldn't be happier

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. The training program provided a thorough understanding of company policies, systems, and customer service expectations while offering hands-on experience that built my confidence. I especially appreciate the supportive learning environment and the continuous guidance provided throughout the process. Thanks to MCI's comprehensive training, I feel well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team from day one.
