The facility that you work at, hotel or school, is better than the company that employees you.
Cons
The company changes things so much. When hired they tell us we can stay at hotels for free, until you try to reserve a room. Then it's $72 a night. They told us that we get paid holidays if we work over 30 hours.The following week, we were cut down to 29. They don't give bonuses or raises. They told us that because we worked at a school and was unemployed for the summer, we could get company loans if our bills fell behind. Guess what?...We were denied loans too. No type of incentives to encourage us to keepI working for them. So for me I'm getting out and moving on, to a job that doesn't lie and appreciates their employees with more than a $25 Wal-Mart gift card for Thanksgiving.
