The company has a family atmosphere, and for the most part, the employees genuinely get along and enjoy working with one another. There are periodic outings where the office does something fun like bowling or rafting down the river.

Cons

The company rewards those with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will not succeed here if you do the bare minimum and go home.
