Pros
Big company so there are opportunities one can take advantage of if one is in the position to relocate. The people I met from almost every part of the organization were great!
Cons
It seems the company was a bit naive to set up a call center in my area thinking many of our residents were uneducated and would be happy with low salaries. They also told us we would be employed for at least two years. Seven months after onboarding 1600 agents, the company laid 90% of them off only to rehire (even people they fired due to attendance/performance) three months later. Maybe it was just the project I was on, but it was poor planning and communication.
