Pros
Management does a great job of providing incentives and making the environment more "fun" for a job they know is not very exciting to most (very data-entry based). Good benefits, very professional supervisors and management teams, and leadership treats employees with respect. When work volume is extremely low, there is OPTIONAL early-release on a first come, first served basis - not forced - so you will never be forced into a position that makes you come up short on your check.
Cons
Very sedentary job. Depending on work volume, there can be some downtime. If you like to stay busy and can't afford to take early release when offered, be prepared to twiddle those thumbs.
