Pros

- Providing a service that supports the disadvantaged populations

Cons

- Newish rotation program run by a younger employee. Has little to no insight about the future of the program. Often had trouble difficulty relaying where they see in you xx amount of years. Where your next rotation would be - A lot of kinks and bugs that need to be worked out within the rotation program ( I.e. one year rotations are much longer) - Little no opportunities for young professionals to interact with one another - Advancement opportunities are up to the senior management (Your work is often overlooked if it doesn't directly involve senior individuals) - Expect your hourly equivalent to be minimum wage - Rotation program consists of mostly monotonous tasks. Skills gained through this rotation that are applicable to finance professions are at a minimum

Pros

Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

Cons

They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
