POINT system for reprimanding - you lose points for calling in sick (even with a dr's excuse), arriving more than 4 minutes late, etc. Cigna healthcare stinks (better off going through the marketplace to get it) NO drug testing, so ppl are getting high on breaks. (this could be a PRO to some ppl, but not to me) GIven PTO, but you'll lose points if you take them WITHOUT 5 days notice (do YOU know that you're going to be sick 5 days in advance?) PTO is also accumulative, and not given immediately. Easy to fail with this company
