Working as a CSR/Enrollment Counselor - Enrollment Counselor Maximus Employee Review

The pay is just horrible compared to the work they make us do. Call volume is very high and there are lot of "You can't say that you should have said this". It's very stressful but the main problem is, the pay is horrible. They pay $17 an hour. They lied to us as well. We were told we would get $18.5 per hour. Just a day before the start date, they call us and let us know that unfortunately they will pay us $17. Also, they are hiring Bilingual CSRs for $21 an hour. Whereas I am Bilingual, and I get $17. Zero motivation to work here.
