Pros

Met good people, benefits are ok, paid holidays, pto, good schedules and no weekends. Made life time friends. Acquired good skills.

Cons

Pay is horrid. Work you to the bone. Management needs to learn how to manage and represent not be in a click. Company does not hire from within, management rather higher from the outside train for 3-4 months than train an employee (1wk) who has applied for the job who has been doing the job with no pay. When I left I wasn't even given an exit interview after over 8 yrs of employment. If it was my business I would want to know.

Pros

Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

Cons

They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
