The company culture in the development division is highly employee-focused, with emphasis on personal and career development. Managers (in my department) are highly qualified and serve as role models. I have learned so much and become a better, more well-rounded person. The work environment is team-oriented and very encouraging, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues that often transition to friendships. Executives manage profits conservatively, so job security is assured. Incredible health benefits. Work from home available 1 day/week after 1 year of tenure. Promotions occur exclusively from within, so all management started at entry level.
Cons
Salary is not competitive, but has improved in the last few years. It can be hard to move up while the company is not hiring (positions are not available).
