Pros

Great coworkers. My boss treats me like a human being. I have lots of mentorship and opportunities for Project Management training. Theres social events at work. My director actively cultivates a supportive friendly team culture. No one bullies you. The office buildings are nice. Great work/life balance. Many Women in leadership roles. The customer feels that the work we do is meaningful. The health insurance is excellent. I get coverage on things other company insurances don't offer. I hope I can stay here until I retire.

None that I can think of. I come to work happy. I never dread my work days here.

-Upper management is out of touch with the issues that their staff are having. - The CEO is destroying what little moral is left in the company as a whole -low pay which has remained stagnant over the last couple of years while the c-suite has received 6 figure raises -The bonus has become non existent it used to be 4-5% of the last 5 years of your pay, it is now below 0.5 -Extra work added on being told to just get it done. Doing the work of 2-3 people because they refuse to hire the right amount of staff -micro managed and every minute of your day tracked
