Pros
- Great coworkers and lower level management - Good benefits - Low stress and good work life balance. I never put in more than 40 hours/week in my entire time there and rarely saw anyone else do so.
Cons
- Salary salary salary. Compensation is hilariously below industry standard, and no matter how much work you put in you won’t get more than the standard small raise. Going above and beyond won’t be rewarded so don’t even try. - Proprietary programming language makes skills learned not very transferable. Get in and get out within a couple years or you risk being stuck for life. - CEO/upper management are extremely out of touch. - Time tracking has become very strict and you’re expected to log what you were doing every minute of the day. - Post pandemic return to office was handled very poorly. Employees are forced to go back to the office with seemingly no justification given beyond “CEO likes seeing people”.
