Pros
Good and bright people surround you, bonus is 3 to 5% of your last 5 years wages. If you are not in service working hours are very flexible, food is pretty good and lunch is about $4.50. They tend not to fire anyone after a couple of years.
Cons
Starting salaries are low and the go up very slow. No outside management hiring, so you sometimes get stuck with a worthless micromanager. Ideas do not evolve quickly, and do not go against the flow or else!!! Cubicles afford 0 privacy!! they have no walls They move you at their will, I have been there 5 years and moved 7 times in 3 different buildings!! They give you the BS t line Employees First. but you really not an employee since you are salaried. they tell you to stay late and finish your work, but never ask you to leave early!! Turn over is Huge!!!
