Pros
The healthcare insurance offered is good, and the company culture is stable and unaggressive.
Cons
Salary increases are minimum, and the initial offers are just as small. Great place to learn, but not to have the bulk of your career. When I left, new hires were being paid more than me who had been there for more than 5 years. They don’t do a lot of work to keep employees happy. All of their resources are poured into the Boston office, so if you work elsewhere, just expect to be a second class employee. Additionally, they provide dual monitors and a laptop, but the monitors are old and outdated (small and low quality). There’s no 401k match. They didn’t handle the return to work well, they kept changing their minds, it was rather frustrating.
