Pros
The benefits are nice. But you'll be using all of your vacation time in a desperate attempt to escape this place.
Cons
Let's see... 1) The CEO, Michelle, is one of the least compassionate people I've ever met. She truly hates the people who work for her. A boomer through and through, she doesn't bother to understand how other people feel. What she says goes. She will drive this company into the ground, or sell it. I was really hoping a female CEO would stand tall, but I'm embarrassed of her. 2) Upper management just lies to appease subordinates. 3) There is no company culture. I don't know where people are getting the idea that this place has one, but it doesn't. Unless you count "working in an office" as part of the culture. This company's culture used to be: no layoffs, a good bonus, a fun picnic in the summer, and work/life balance. Michelle O'Connor has single-handedly destroyed all of that. 4) Just compare the average Glassdoor CEO rating to Michelle's.
