Pros
A slowly being taken away work from home policy. We have now been ordered to come in twice a week to buildings
Cons
Poor training and educational support. Extremely understaffed but they just laid off a ton of people we needed while keeping a million middle managers and “niche” roles. There is no HR department, and things like accommodations, interpersonal issues and workplace issues are fumbled constantly. Many employees being forced to do work outside of their contract, often work of a position they laid off that is paid more, without incentives, even when this is brought to management. It seems like the original CEO was great and people loved it, but ever since the switch to the new CEO there has been a massive culture shift, terribly handled company announcements, rapidly deteriorating morale, and a mass exodus of people trying to get off the sinking ship.
