Pros
Separate PTO, Sick, and Personal time accruals, Interesting in-house languages, catering Tu-Thu when in-office weather permitting, RPM the queer staff community is fun.
Cons
Insufficient beginning salary and raises, opaque salary adjustment determination process, essentially no bonus, no new-hire summit anymore, unfounded RTO requirement, pointless time reporting requirement. Language documentation is pretty bad, very few useful examples.
