Pros
Great place to start your career if you are fresh out of college.
Cons
If you stay more than 5 years, don't. You are doing yourself a disservice. Stock options gone. Pay raises are laughable. $300 for a yearly bonus for a tenured salary worker is insulting. There is no 401k match. Sales are dismal. Groups are overworked, excessively time tracked, and under-resourced. It is an act of congress to enact positive change. There is a level of secrecy that is disturbing. The ombudsman are untrustworthy. The sheer amount of middle management is dizzying. Anyone who stays does it for the people. Most of them are working a second full time job, because they have to on a Meditech salary. If you stay, take up the violin. That way you can play it as you go down with the ship.
