Pros
Not so much stress if you have to do something that you don't know ... you have a support line. You will learn much basic things in the beginning.
Cons
You will have to learn and use a lot of customized procedures that will not help you if want to work for another company later. You will not be able to improve your skills, because they have customized control panels based on customized GUI, and all you have to do is just completing forms and clicking buttons.
