Upper management takes advantage of frontline staff, they will take credit for your work and place blame on your for something they did wrong. Most managers can not perform the essential job functions of their own employees. Managers have unfair expectations of employees and are allowed to play favorites. There is a general negative outlook on the company and culture as a result of speculation around recent events. There are no opportunities for advancement and little opportunities for personal growth. Compensation for front line employees is not based on performance and is below market value, but managers receive a yearly bonus in excess of most employees salary.
