Pros

good benefits and schedules can be flexible

Cons

Upper management takes advantage of frontline staff, they will take credit for your work and place blame on your for something they did wrong. Most managers can not perform the essential job functions of their own employees. Managers have unfair expectations of employees and are allowed to play favorites. There is a general negative outlook on the company and culture as a result of speculation around recent events. There are no opportunities for advancement and little opportunities for personal growth. Compensation for front line employees is not based on performance and is below market value, but managers receive a yearly bonus in excess of most employees salary.

Pros

Benefits - free health insurance options, paid time off, company small enough to know everyone, flexible hours for some departments.

Cons

Newer members of executive leadership are toxic. Place is losing everything good it had going for it. Can't trust anyone anymore. Executive leadership has completely forgotten the mission and operate only for their own gain.

Good health insurance and 401K matching.

Cons

Everything else. Toxic “leadership” which snowballs into a very negative culture. Simply want yes men. If you’re not that, you will be penalized.
