Pros
Remote work and some focus on technology.
Cons
The company tech stack was/is continually being developed. However, as noted by others, the primary focus is development for intake. I would also add that the primary focus for the technology was tracking - KPIs, not case management. Compared to other offerings in the industry, the technology is lacking very significant case management tools. Case load from the start was unrealistic, for case managers, given the limitations of the technology. It's unsurprising that others found issues with responses from attorneys and management, given the utter lack of experience those at the top have in this practice area. Even with that lack of experience, they are entirely uninterested in listening to those with experience and punish individuals for providing constructive criticism and ideas for process improvement. There is, also as noted by others, no shortage of interpersonal issues and favoritism at play. There are major decisions (hire/fire/layoffs) made and implemented without communication or apparent rationale. This compounds the case management issues and frustrates clients. It's all very unfortunate, as the idea of what this company was to be is great, but the execution is perhaps the worst I've ever seen.
