Challenging tasks where we can get a exposure for advancement. Fun at Work. No Hard rules,restrictions or timings. Excellent work and Personal life balance. Flexibility of work. Very cooperative Management and staff. Transparency from High level Management.

Cons

Little Politics among high level Managers. Poor Company Branding. After certain period with the company there is nothing much to learn for you.
