The company (and CEO) just won't quit or settle for second best. The executive team tackles challenges in a very aggressive way. I had a good relatively experience on the product side, and felt appreciated. Lots of detailed company information in company meetings.

Cons

Very serious atmosphere. Overall sense from management that company comes before family or a personal life. Senior management very defensive about criticism from employees. Some employees seem "black listed" and get treated differently than "star" employees.
