1. Lot of technically strong people to work with 2. Very well architected application software 3. There is always interesting projects to work on during new releases and hence great opportunity to grow technically within the company 4. No laidback culture

Cons

1. Lot of technically strong people but many of them are workholics, so makes you one workholic as well. 2. Pay is below market standards unless one bargained pretty well at the time of offer 3. Career growth is limited as there are too many people working hard and smart at the same time.
