Pros

Good team environment Friday free lunch High tech (development team) department was good, but it's not there in US anymore.

Cons

The annual performance review sucks! The raise in no where near market standards The higher management really sucks. Due to the fault of Sales team there was huge lay off with no hints about it until the it was done. They use old technologies. They don't have good strategy for new products. They don't have proper direction.
