4yWe appreciate you taking the opportunity to share your feedback and it’s unfortunate that your cultural experience wasn’t positive because we work hard to ensure our culture reflects our DARE core values. We are very proud of the Total Rewards packages we offer our employees to ensure they are competitive and comprehensive. We agree with you that more guidance and tools for standardizing role requirements and career development are needed and there is much more to come on this for managers and employees in 2022.
