Pros

Flexible Environment. There is work/life balance. Good people in general Good policies, benefits, decent salaries. Good/New office

Cons

No quality/core engineering work. Good work is there but in few teams. No engineering leadership in PD. The management is people who are administrative, and all about timelines. Lot of groupism. The management is more concerned about where to have team lunches/dinner, or where to get bouquets from, or which event/thon to conduct. In the name of innovation, every thing else is done - play cricket, go to a movie hall, watch matches in cafeteria, drink alcohol in office. people come to office drunk or with a hangover No due credit/recognitions given. If something goes wrong it is developers fault, if every thing is good, then it is because of management. Only few people carry the burden of the whole team. There are 40 new people, who are still doing training. When will their training end and they start working on product work, no one knows.

Pros

The organization operates in a fast-paced environment with a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives that empower individuals to take an active role in driving growth. These opportunities support both business expansion and employee skill development, while a highly transparent communication model, including monthly company Town Halls, ensures consistent information sharing and organizational alignment.

Cons

While organizational processes are well intended, the pace of change can create challenges in clearly understanding how to navigate and operate effectively within the company’s structure.
