We conduct a number of employee experience surveys at various time of the year, as well as a Listening Tour to help us gather important employee feedback. This feedback is instrumental in growing and evolving our people programs, including appreciation and recognition initiatives. For example, based on recent feedback, we recently launched a Service Awards program to show our appreciation of employees who reach key milestones, as well as an expansion of various other forms employees are able to appreciate each other.
