Pros

Model N has fantastic benefits and pay. PTO is “unlimited” but unlimited is defined differently by department. Some department may define it as 2 weeks and some may say 8 weeks.

Cons

Stuck in the dark ages, uses outdated technology and hinders automation. Very old school approach to managing. Management stuck in their inefficient redundant ways and won’t make room for innovation or change.

Cons

While organizational processes are well intended, the pace of change can create challenges in clearly understanding how to navigate and operate effectively within the company’s structure.
