Pros

Wellness holidays, Remote location based on teams.

Cons

No Job security, lot of layoffs. Join only of this is the only offer you have in hand. There was a time when in though i made the best decision but boy i was wrong. With the acquisition by visita equity for over a year, the company is totally in rubbles . Vista cares only about dollars saved to resell the company. Most of the top management is laid off in india/us. No path forward and no transparency after the acquisition. CEO says no layoffs but every alternating quarter its a different story stating realigning teams.
